Music has the tendency to improve our moods and perspectives by both listening to it or creating it. It also embodies the freedom to open our minds by allowing anything to be possible, what with all the different songs and genres created already, and the inspiration and room for new ones to be born anytime.

Bob Marley covers this concept in one line when he wrote, “One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.”

After a long day of working, babysitting or studying, we may feel like our brains just can’t generate any more thoughts and can’t keep functioning. Right then is a good time to consider going to relax and listen to some new and original music, performed right in front of our eyes. The Acoustic in Bridgeport is offering us this environment to ease and inspire ourselves.

Located at 2926 Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport, The Acoustic is a newly renovated venue for live music. With fifteen years of experience and many genres of music under their belt, the Acoustic knows how to make their guest’s time there one that will keep them coming back. Music is the driving force which has kept this place thriving and attracting both local musicians and well-known bands to their stage.

The Acoustic welcomes newcomers to share their musical talents with guests and also draws in crowds with well-known local bands to play for their fans. Musicians and all love visiting this venue whether it’s to perform or to listen. The Acoustic supports the ongoing evolution of music and will be there, like a cornerstone, to let it take the stage.

Catch a show for yourself and be a part of the always-positive live music scene. In December the Acoustic is featuring performances from a Led Zeppelin tribute band, MAD SATTA, the Lawn Boys and Soul Monde. Whether you are a music-lover or a music-maker, your presence in music is always welcome and sure to improve your life!
